You can, and it takes the delivery fee off the total. Everything travels in labeled cases, cables are pre-coiled by run length, and we walk you through the setup at the counter. A Light or Medium package fits in most SUVs with the seats down.
A deposit holds the date, and the balance is charged the day before the event. If you cancel more than seven days out the deposit is fully refundable. Inside seven days it converts to credit toward a future date.
Powered speakers and outdoor weather do not mix, so every outdoor booking needs a covered position for the gear: a tent, a garage, a porch, or an awning. If the forecast turns, tell us the morning of and we will move the setup under cover or reschedule the date at no charge.
A Light package runs off one standard household circuit. Medium wants two separate circuits so the sub is not sharing with the kitchen. Large needs two dedicated 20 amp circuits, and for a park or a lot with no service, we can quote a quiet generator alongside the gear.
Most events do not need it. We set the levels at sound check and leave one volume knob and one microphone channel live, and we show a person on your side how both work. If you want an operator on site for a program with speeches or a live band, add it on the call and it is billed hourly.
